Customer story
A SaaS HR platform grows organic 140% after a Webzenia audit.
A Bangalore SaaS HR platform had invested in content marketing for two years with little to show for it. Webzenia's audit traced the cause to the technical layer, fixed 23 critical issues, and re-optimised the existing library so two years of content could finally rank.

The challenge
A Bangalore SaaS HR platform had invested in content marketing for 2 years with almost nothing to show for it. Organic growth was minimal, and the team could not explain why good content kept underperforming. Demo requests from organic sat at 3 a month.
The answer was in the technical layer. The platform carried 23 critical issues, including canonical-tag misuse across 180 pages that told Google to ignore much of what the team had spent 2 years producing. The content was fine; the signals around it were broken.
The approach
Webzenia ran a full audit before touching any content. Screaming Frog, Search Console, and Ahrefs together surfaced all 23 critical issues and ranked them by impact on indexation and rankings.
The canonical misuse was the priority. Across 180 pages, canonical tags were pointing to the wrong URLs, collapsing the platform's content into a fraction of its true footprint. The team corrected every one so each page could rank on its own.
With the technical signals fixed, Webzenia re-optimised the existing content rather than starting over. Two years of articles were re-mapped to intent using Semrush, given proper internal links, and pointed at the demo path.
GA4 and HubSpot tracked organic traffic through to demo requests, so the team could read the audit's impact on pipeline, not just rankings.
The results
Organic traffic rose 140% in 90 days once the 23 critical issues were fixed. The canonical correction across 180 pages unlocked content that had been suppressed for 2 years, and the existing library finally started ranking.
Demo requests grew from 3 to 19 a month, a sixfold lift. Re-optimised content reached buyers it had never reached before, turning a stalled channel into pipeline.
The earlier content investment was recovered, not rewritten. Fixing the signals around two years of work cost a fraction of starting over and kept the compounding value of the existing library intact.
