Customer story
Admission enquiries up 2.8x for a Bhopal institution, across the central-MP catchment.
A Bhopal institution drew students from across Madhya Pradesh but paid for nearly every admissions enquiry through ads and agents. Webzenia built course, eligibility and placement content for what students and parents research before they apply, capturing that demand directly across the state.

The challenge
A Bhopal institution drew applicants from across Madhya Pradesh, but almost every enquiry arrived through paid ads or education agents who charged a fee per admission. The institution had built a genuine reputation across the state; its search presence did not reflect it.
Students and parents research a course, its eligibility criteria and placement record for weeks before they apply, comparing institutions on details the institution's own site barely covered. Without that content, the institution kept paying for enquiries it should have been earning, and every rupee spent on ads or agents ate into the margin that mattered most in a state with tighter household budgets.
The approach
The team's first move was mapping the course, eligibility and placement questions students and parents search before shortlisting an institution, using Google Search Console and Ahrefs data to prioritise the programmes with the highest search demand across MP.
Course pages followed with eligibility criteria, fee structure and placement outcomes stated plainly, answering the questions a family typically asks an admissions counsellor, so the page could do that job before the phone rang.
City and district-level content came next, targeting students researching from smaller towns across the state who were searching for institutions outside their home district.
GA4 and the admissions CRM were connected so enquiries could be traced back to the specific course and location pages driving them, letting the team double down on what was actually converting rather than just ranking.
The results
Admission enquiries from organic grew 2.8x over 8 months. The institution began receiving enquiries it did not have to buy through ads or pay an agent's fee to secure.
29 course terms reached the top three results. Families researching a specific programme and its eligibility found the institution directly, arriving at the enquiry form already informed.
38% of enquiries now come from across Madhya Pradesh, not just Bhopal. The state-wide content reached students outside the institution's home city who had previously found it only through an agent.
