Customer story
Qualified pipeline up 2.9x for a GIFT City fintech, beyond networks and events.
A fintech firm at GIFT City in Gandhinagar built its pipeline through industry networks and events. Webzenia developed solution and compliance content for the institutional and corporate buyers who research a provider's regulatory standing before they engage, turning organic into a steady pipeline channel alongside the firm's existing network.

The challenge
A fintech firm operating out of GIFT City in Gandhinagar built its pipeline the way most IFSC entities do: through industry networks, conference floors and warm introductions. Between events, the pipeline slowed, and the firm had no way to reach institutional buyers who weren't already inside that network.
Corporate treasuries, funds and banks vetting a GIFT City provider start with a compliance and capability search long before they take a call. The firm's site explained what it offered in broad terms but said little about the regulatory structures, licences and use cases an institutional buyer needed to see before shortlisting a partner, so that research ended elsewhere.
The approach
Webzenia began with the language institutional buyers use to evaluate a GIFT City entity: regulatory framework terms, licence types, and the specific solution categories corporates and funds search for. Google Search Console and Ahrefs query data shaped the initial content map.
The team then built out solution and compliance content: pages explaining the firm's licensing, regulatory standing and use cases in the depth a legal or treasury team would expect before initiating contact. Each page was written to answer a due-diligence question, not to pitch.
Because the buyer base spanned Indian corporates and overseas institutions, the content was structured to rank for both domestic and international searches, and technical fixes cleared crawl issues that had kept key pages out of the index.
GA4 and CRM tracking, reported through Looker Studio, tied organic sessions to qualified pipeline so the team could see which compliance and solution pages were actually producing enquiries, not just traffic.
The results
Qualified pipeline from organic grew 2.9x over 10 months. Institutional buyers began reaching the firm through search instead of exclusively through networks and events.
22 solution terms reached the top three results. The compliance and use-case pages ranked for the specific language institutional buyers search when vetting a GIFT City provider, so enquiries arrived pre-qualified.
Organic now influences 35% of total pipeline. With CRM data tied back to search, the firm can see search compounding alongside its existing network channel rather than replacing it.
