What UI/UX design actually is
UX is how the product works; UI is how it looks. Together they decide if a new user gets it.
Research the real jobs people hire your product for, and where they get stuck, before a single screen is drawn.
The path and the screens, wireframed and tested, so the product feels obvious instead of clever.
The interface, every state, and the system that keeps it consistent across every screen you ship next.
Why design pays for itself
The traffic, ads and salaries are already spent. Good design lifts what they return.
A confusing product taxes everything downstream: ads convert worse, support fields the same questions, and engineers rebuild flows that were never validated. Designing it right first lifts the conversion you already pay for, cuts the tickets, and stops the rebuilds.
Why most interfaces quietly fail
A pretty screen nobody can finish a task on is a liability. Real UX is proven, not chosen on taste.
| DecoratedChosen on taste | DesignedResearched, tested, systemised | |
|---|---|---|
| Where it starts | A template that looked good on Dribbble. | Research into the real user and their job. |
| How it is validated | Shipped on the loudest opinion in the room. | Tested with real users before it ships. |
| What holds it together | One-off screens that drift apart over time. | A design system, consistent across screens. |
| What it is measured by | How it looks in the pitch deck. | Task success, conversion, retention. |
If your product looks fine but users still drop off, the problem is not the paint. It is the structure underneath. We design from the user out, and prove it before you build it.
The India context
UX patterns written for a US user on a new iPhone break for most of India.
Small screens, less memory, thumb-first use. We design for that device: generous targets, light screens, no patterns that only feel good on a 6.7-inch iPhone.
We design flows and copy that hold up in vernacular: longer strings, different scripts, icons that carry meaning when the label is unfamiliar.
They need more guidance and less jargon. We design onboarding that teaches as it goes, so a cautious first-timer reaches done instead of bouncing.
We design for intermittent 4G: honest loading states, forms that survive a reload, flows that tolerate a dropped signal without losing the user’s work.
How we design
Design in the open, tested at each step, so you are never surprised at the end.
We map the jobs and the flows, then agree the structure in low-fidelity wireframes before anyone styles a pixel.
Pixel-final screens and a clickable prototype, tested with real users before a line of code is written.
A design system and dev-ready specs in Figma, so engineering ships exactly what was designed.

What you walk away with
Every engagement hands over a working design system, not a folder of screens. Your team ships from it.
What the engagement includes
Not a coat of paint. The full design job, from first interview to developer handoff.
Interviews, usability tests and the data on where users actually struggle
a research brief that points the design
The structure and the paths: what goes where, and how a user gets from intent to done
a flow map
Low-fidelity screens to agree the structure cheaply, before any visual design
wireframes
Pixel-final interface design for every screen and every state, on-brand
production-ready UI
A clickable prototype, tested with real users so decisions are proven not guessed
a validated prototype
Tokens, components and documentation your team builds from and scales
a living design system
Industries we design for
Six verticals where we have shipped, each with its own rules.
KYC, payments and dashboards that clear compliance and still feel simple.
trust-first flowsOnboarding and product UX that turn trials into paying, retained users.
activation upStorefronts and checkouts engineered for the Indian buyer to convert.
checkout that sellsPatient and provider apps that stay clear under real clinical load.
clarity under loadLearning flows that hold attention on a budget Android phone.
engagement upInternal tools and consoles that make complex work fast to do.

The price comes in the call. These are the relationships we run; find the one that fits.
Best for a defined product or redesign with a clear finish line.
Best for ongoing product work that needs a designer in the team.
Best for steady iteration across a product already live.
Our stack
The kit behind every interface we design, and the research that proves it works.
Figma is the industry standard for interface design: real-time collaboration, a true component and variable system, and a dev mode that gives developers exact values instead of a flat picture.
We design the whole product in one Figma file, with a component library that maps 1:1 to the coded design system. A flow signed off in Figma is the flow that ships, down to the spacing token.
Before you commit
Send us a live flow. We will record a heuristic teardown: the friction costing signups, and three fixes.

Request your teardown.
Our commitment
Design is easy to hand over as pretty pictures nobody can build. We do the opposite.
Decisions backed by research
Every major design call is grounded in user research or a test, not the loudest opinion in the room.
Tested with real users
We validate the prototype with real users before you spend a rupee building it.
The files are yours
Your Figma, your design system, your assets. In your name, with full access. Leave us and they stay with you.
Measured to task success
Reported against whether users complete the task and convert, not how the screens look in a deck.
If users cannot finish the task, the design is not done.
