Customer story

Site-visit enquiries up 2.8x for a Greater Noida developer, each market ranking on its own.

A developer selling projects across both Noida and Greater Noida paid portals for every enquiry while its own site let the two markets cannibalise each other's search rankings. Webzenia built distinct project and sector pages with local schema for each market, giving buyers researching a specific sector a direct path to the developer instead of a portal.

The challenge

A developer with live projects in both Noida and Greater Noida paid property portals for every lead, and its own site worked against that spend rather than reducing it: one project page tried to rank for both markets at once, so a search for a Noida sector project and a search for a Greater Noida launch landed on the same undifferentiated page.

Neither version ranked well, because the page was not clearly about either market to a search engine or to a buyer comparing sectors. Buyers researched a specific location, not the two markets as one, and the confusion sent qualified searchers elsewhere while the developer kept paying portals to backfill the gap its own pages had created.

The approach

Webzenia split the one competing page into distinct project and sector pages, a set for Noida's sectors and a separate set for Greater Noida's, so each page could match what a buyer was actually searching for instead of fighting its own listings for the same ranking.

Local schema tagged each page to its specific sector, ending the ambiguity that had the two markets cannibalising each other's search visibility.

Content on every page addressed a buyer's real due diligence questions for that sector, possession dates, connectivity, comparable pricing, rather than one pitch stretched across two markets.

A technical audit surfaced the indexing conflicts the duplicated targeting had created, and off page authority work gave both new sets of pages the strength to outrank the portals for their respective searches.

The results

Qualified site visit enquiries grew 2.8x over seven months. Once the two markets stopped competing for the same page, both began attracting buyers searching for their specific sector.

Cost per site visit fell 50%. Fewer visits now arrive through a paid portal listing, since the developer's own sector pages rank directly for the searches that used to be bought.

Both Noida and Greater Noida now rank as their own distinct markets, each with project and sector pages built for the buyer actually searching there, not a single page trying to serve both.
