LCP from 6.2s to 1.9s for a Delhi legal services platform, after an SSR rebuild.
A Delhi legal services platform had built its frontend in React with no server-side rendering, leaving most of its 2,100 pages invisible to Google. Webzenia diagnosed the rendering gap, migrated to server-side rendering on Next.js, and cut the load time that was suppressing the rest.

The challenge
A Delhi legal services platform had built its frontend in React with no server-side rendering. Google was indexing 210 of its 2,100 pages, leaving roughly 90% of the site invisible to search. The content existed; the crawler never saw it.
The root cause was the rendering gap. Pages rendered only after client-side execution, and Google dropped most of them before that ran. Largest Contentful Paint sat at 6.2 seconds, so even the indexed pages were slow enough to suppress rankings.
The approach
Webzenia ran a full crawl audit first. Screaming Frog in JavaScript-rendering mode and Search Console's URL Inspection confirmed the platform was serving empty HTML shells to the crawler.
The team moved the frontend to server-side rendering on Next.js, so every one of the 2,100 pages returned complete HTML on first request. Indexation no longer depended on the crawler executing client-side code.
Performance work ran alongside the migration. A PageSpeed Insights pass targeted the LCP element directly, trimming the render path until the metric dropped from 6.2 seconds toward sub-2-second territory.
Webzenia then resubmitted the corrected sitemap and monitored coverage in Search Console, with GA4 and Looker Studio tracking clicks as pages re-entered the index.
The results
Indexed pages recovered from 210 to 1,840 in 10 weeks, a 9x gain. Server-rendered HTML let Google finally see the catalogue it had been dropping.
LCP fell from 6.2s to 1.9s, moving the site into healthy Core Web Vitals. Faster pages lifted the rankings of content that was already indexed but held back by speed.
Organic clicks rose from 1,100 to 9,400 a month. The result holds because the rendering fix is permanent: every new page now ships crawlable HTML by default.
