Customer story
A Satara resort goes from invisible to 1,800 organic visits a month.
A Sahyadri resort near Satara, rebuilt off an ageing PHP site so the people already searching for it could finally find it and book a stay.

The challenge
Urjalife's Pravaah sits in the Sahyadri hills outside Satara, the kind of retreat people hear about by word of mouth and then look up by name. The website that name led to was an ageing PHP build search engines had all but skipped: five organic visits a month, most of them incidental.
For a resort that lives on being found, that is not a slow month. It is absence. The guests were already searching. The site was not there to meet them, and the few who did arrive could not see the property clearly or work out how to book.
The approach
Before anyone drew a page, the team travelled to Satara and spent two to three days at the resort itself. We walked the grounds, spent time with the team on site, and saw first-hand what corporate groups come there for. A site for a place you have stood in is built on different instincts than one worked up from a brief and a folder of photos.
That visit set the plan. We rebuilt on a stack the resort's own team can run without a developer, structured the pages around the order in which a guest actually decides, and made the path to a booking obvious from the first screen. The identity was redrawn alongside it, sharp enough that the resort's corporate clients remarked on the difference.
The results
Within a month of launch, organic traffic climbed from five visits a month to more than 1,800, measured in GA4. The resort had become findable for the searches its guests were already making.
The commercial number followed. Corporate bookings, which Urjalife's still takes over direct chat and phone, rose from 30 a month to 80 across the first three months. The site does the finding; the team does the rest.
