Customer story
Qualified RFQs up 2.6x for a Chakan auto-component maker, on OEM and export search.
A Chakan auto-component manufacturer in Pune's PCMC belt made precision parts for domestic OEMs and export buyers alike but stayed invisible for the exact technical searches those buyers ran. Webzenia built a product and capability content structure mapped to specific parts, processes and export requirements, giving sourcing engineers a direct path to the manufacturer before they ever issued an RFQ.

The challenge
Sourcing engineers vetting a new auto-component supplier, in Pune's own PCMC and Chakan belt or overseas, search exact technical terms long before an RFQ is ever issued: a part number, a tolerance range, a certification. A Chakan manufacturer making precision parts for both domestic OEMs and export buyers had built its reputation the traditional way, through existing relationships and word of mouth in the belt, but had no pages built around any of that technical vocabulary.
The manufacturer's site carried general capability statements, forging, machining, finishing, with nothing built around a single part, process or export requirement, so it never surfaced when a domestic engineer or an overseas import manager searched for exactly what they needed. RFQs kept arriving only from buyers who already knew the company existed, while the technical searches that could have brought in new ones found a competitor instead.
The approach
Webzenia researched the specific part, process and capability terms domestic OEM engineers and overseas import buyers search, using Ahrefs and Google Search Console to see which technical queries the site had no page built for.
The team built a product and capability content structure around those findings, an individual page for each part category, tolerance range and certification, written for a sourcing engineer running technical due diligence rather than a general industrial visitor.
Because part of the demand came from overseas buyers researching an Indian supplier, the team added hreflang to the export facing pages so the right regional version surfaced for each market, and built out documentation, shipping and compliance content those buyers needed before they would issue an RFQ.
Technical SEO and off page authority work ran alongside, clearing the crawl gaps keeping the catalogue out of search and building the domain strength needed to rank against established suppliers in the same searches.
The results
Qualified RFQ enquiries grew 2.6x from organic search. Buyers who had never heard of the manufacturer before started arriving through the exact part and capability searches they were already running.
More than 70 capability terms now rank, covering the specific parts, tolerances and certifications that sourcing engineers search rather than a general capabilities overview.
The first RFQ from organic search arrived within 4 months. A channel that used to depend entirely on existing contacts started producing new business inside a single quarter.
