Customer story
Placement-course enquiries up 4.2x for a Noida coaching institute, in 5 months.
A Noida sector 62 coaching institute bought most of its admissions enquiries through paid ads and referral agents. Webzenia built course, eligibility and admissions content for the students and parents who compare institutes before they apply, giving the institute a direct, lower cost channel to admissions enquiries within a single intake cycle.

The challenge
A Noida sector 62 coaching institute preparing students for competitive exams, placement tests and MBA entrance ran on paid ads and referral agents for most of its admissions enquiries, a channel that had to keep spending to keep producing results, and an agent fee on top of every referred student.
Students and their parents typically compared several institutes weeks before enrolling, checking course structure, eligibility criteria and past results before shortlisting anyone. The institute's own site offered little beyond a general admissions page, no course by course detail, no eligibility breakdown, so it lost that early comparison to institutes with clearer answers and only reached prospective students through the ads it paid for on every single click.
The approach
Webzenia mapped the competitive exam, placement and MBA course terms students and parents actually search, using Google Search Console and Semrush query data to see which questions the institute's site was not answering.
The team built course, eligibility and admissions content around those terms, structured for a student or a parent comparing several institutes in one sitting, with clear answers on eligibility, course structure and outcomes rather than general marketing copy.
Google Business Profile work brought the sector 62 campus up to date for anyone searching nearby, since walk ins and phone calls still mattered alongside online enquiries.
Technical SEO cleared the indexing gaps that had kept much of the course catalogue out of search results, so the new content could be found in the first place.
The results
Placement and MBA course enquiries from organic search grew 4.2x within 5 months. A single intake cycle was enough for the new content to start replacing the enquiries the institute used to buy.
48 competitive exam terms reached page one of search results. A student researching a specific exam or course now finds an answer built for that exact question rather than a general admissions page.
Cost per enquiry fell 51% compared with the paid ads and agent referrals the institute had relied on. The channel that used to require constant spend now keeps producing enquiries on its own.
