Customer story
Freight enquiries up 2.7x for a Nagpur logistics firm, across three corridors.
A Nagpur logistics and distribution firm built around the MIHAN cargo advantage but grew almost entirely through tenders and existing relationships. Webzenia built service and route content for the shippers and manufacturers who research a central India partner before they commit, turning organic search into a direct source of new accounts across the firm's core freight corridors.

The challenge
MIHAN gives Nagpur logistics operators a genuine edge, air cargo capacity and a location near the geographic centre of the country, and a Nagpur logistics and distribution firm built its business around that advantage. New accounts, however, came almost entirely through tenders and the references of shippers it had already served, a pipeline that went quiet the moment a tender cycle ended.
Manufacturers and shippers weighing a central India partner increasingly did that research online first, comparing service coverage and route capability before they ever issued a tender. The firm's site described its fleet and warehousing in general terms but said nothing about specific corridors or the freight types it actually moved best, so it never surfaced in that early research. Every deal the firm won still had to come through a channel it could not scale on its own.
The approach
Webzenia researched how shippers and manufacturers actually search when they are comparing a central India logistics partner, using Ahrefs and Google Search Console to surface the route and capability terms behind that research, from named corridors to specific freight and handling questions.
The team built service and route content around three corridors the firm already served well, Mumbai, Kolkata and Hyderabad, giving each its own page rather than one general coverage map, and wrote it for a logistics manager checking transit capability and MIHAN linked handling advantages before shortlisting a vendor.
Technical SEO cleared the indexing gaps keeping the new pages, and much of the existing site, out of search results entirely.
Off page work built the domain's authority with links from trade and logistics directories, so the new corridor pages could rank against larger, more established operators for the same searches.
The results
Qualified B2B freight enquiries grew 2.7x over eight months. Organic became a source of new accounts that did not wait for the next tender cycle to open.
24 route and capability terms reached the top three results. Shippers researching a specific corridor or handling requirement now land on a page built for exactly that question.
3 freight corridors, Mumbai, Kolkata and Hyderabad, now rank distinctly, and organic accounts for 36% of new enquiries, a channel the firm had not had access to before.
