Customer story
All 4 Nagpur branches in the Google Map Pack with Webzenia.
A Nagpur multi-specialty hospital drew patients from across Vidarbha's district towns but depended on referring doctors to bring anyone in from outside the city. Webzenia built procedure, condition and department content mapped to how regional families actually search, and gave each of the hospital's four branches a distinct local presence, opening a channel to out of city patients that did not run through a referral.

The challenge
Vidarbha's district towns, Amravati, Akola, Wardha, Chandrapur, send patients to Nagpur for anything a local hospital cannot handle, and a Nagpur multi-specialty hospital built four branches around that flow. Most of it arrived through a referring doctor in the patient's home town, a relationship the hospital could grow only one physician at a time.
Families increasingly researched the decision themselves before any doctor sent them anywhere, searching a symptom, a procedure, or simply a specialist near their own locality. Only some of the hospital's four branches showed up in that search, and the site itself spoke about the hospital in general terms rather than the specific procedure or department a worried family was trying to evaluate. The gap meant the hospital was often invisible at the exact moment someone was deciding where to go, losing patients it never needed a referral to win.
The approach
Webzenia started by auditing each of the hospital's four Google Business Profile listings, since two were unverified and a third had the wrong department categories attached, and brought all four to the same standard.
Search Console and on the ground query research surfaced the procedure, condition and department terms patients across Vidarbha actually search before they travel, from named surgeries to symptom based queries, and the team built content around each one, written for a family trying to judge whether this hospital can handle their case, not a general audience.
Local schema tied each branch to its own service area and specialty mix, so the four locations stopped competing with each other and each could rank on its own for the department it was actually known for.
GA4 and call tracking ran alongside to connect a specific page to an actual call or a direction request, so the hospital could see which condition and department content was doing the work.
The results
All 4 of the hospital's branches now rank in the Google Map Pack, a coverage the hospital reached within 6 months of the project starting. Every branch is now visible in the exact moment a nearby family is comparing hospitals.
Calls and direction requests grew 2.9x. The Google Business Profile fixes and the local schema work meant a search from any of the branches' service areas surfaced the right location, not a generic hospital listing.
38 procedure and condition terms reached page one of search results. Families now find the specific surgery or department they are researching before they ever need a referral to point them there.
