Customer story
Demo requests up 3.0x for an Indore SaaS startup, beyond outbound and founder networks.
An Indore SaaS startup on the SuperCorridor had built its pipeline entirely on outbound and founder introductions. Webzenia built solution and comparison content for the buyers who research a category before they reply to an email, turning organic into a second engine for demo requests.

The challenge
An Indore SaaS startup on the SuperCorridor built a working product for mid-market operations teams, but every demo request began the same way: a founder's cold email or a warm introduction from an old colleague. When the network ran dry, so did the pipeline.
Buyers evaluating the category were already comparing tools online before they replied to any outbound message. The startup's site explained what the product did but never addressed the head-to-head questions a buyer types into Google before a shortlist call, so those searches sent demo requests to competitors instead. Outbound alone could not scale fast enough to cover a growing sales target.
The approach
Webzenia began with the searches a SaaS buyer runs mid-evaluation: Google Search Console and Ahrefs query data separated the generic industry terms from the solution and comparison searches, the ones a buyer types once they already know the category and are weighing options.
The team built solution pages mapped to specific use cases and comparison pages that answered the head-to-head question directly, instead of leaving it to a review site to answer for the brand. Each page was written for someone already evaluating, not someone discovering the category for the first time.
On-page and technical SEO ran alongside: page speed, internal linking between the solution and comparison pages, and structured data so the comparison content could surface in AI-generated answer boxes as well as classic search results.
HubSpot tracked every demo request back to the page and query that produced it, so the team could see which comparison pages were converting and build more of what worked.
The results
Demo requests from organic grew 3.0x over nine months. The comparison and solution pages turned buyers who were already evaluating the category into inbound requests, taking pressure off outbound to fill the top of the funnel.
22 solution terms reached the top three results. Ranking for the specific use-case and comparison searches meant the demo requests arriving were already close to a decision, not cold traffic learning what the category was.
Organic now influences 36% of pipeline, tracked through HubSpot alongside outbound and founder referrals. The channel compounds without added headcount, unlike outbound, which needs more calls to produce more meetings.
