Customer story
Site-visit enquiries up 3.3x for a Gachibowli developer, captured off the portals.
A developer building across Gachibowli and the Financial District paid property portals for nearly every buyer enquiry. Webzenia built locality and project-level landing pages with local schema for the west Hyderabad buyer who searches by micro-market before they pick a project.

The challenge
A developer building residential projects across Gachibowli and the Financial District in west Hyderabad had come to depend on property portals for nearly every buyer enquiry. Each lead carried a fee, and the portal listings put the developer's projects alongside every competitor building in the same corridor, with price the only real differentiator on the page.
Buyers searching for a home in west Hyderabad were narrowing by locality first, Gachibowli against the Financial District, before they compared specific projects. The developer's site had one page per project with no locality context, so it rarely surfaced for the locality-first searches buyers were actually running, and every one of those buyers found the developer through a portal instead, at a cost.
The approach
Webzenia mapped how west Hyderabad buyers actually search, locality first and project second, and found the developer's site had almost no content built around Gachibowli or the Financial District as places to live, only as project addresses.
The team built locality landing pages for each micro-market alongside project-level pages, each carrying local schema so a search for a locality or a specific project could return the right page directly rather than a generic listings view.
Call tracking tied to GA4 showed which locality pages were producing genuine site-visit requests, and that data shaped where the next locality page got built as the developer expanded into adjacent micro-markets.
On-page and technical SEO cleared load-time and crawl issues that were slowing the locality pages down on mobile, since a buyer scrolling project photos on a slow connection was dropping off before the enquiry form loaded.
The results
Qualified site-visit enquiries grew 3.3x. Locality pages built around how buyers actually search, Gachibowli or the Financial District first, began converting that intent directly instead of losing it to a portal listing.
Cost per lead fell 52% against the portals. Locality and project pages kept producing enquiries without a per-lead fee attached to each one.
The first organic enquiry arrived within eight weeks. Local schema on the locality pages let search engines connect the developer to west Hyderabad searches almost as soon as the pages went live.
