Customer story
Qualified B2B enquiries up 2.4x for a Genome Valley life-sciences firm, on regulated search.
A life-sciences firm in Hyderabad's Genome Valley was invisible for the capability and compliance terms its global CDMO buyers search. Webzenia built a capability-and-credential content structure written for a regulated B2B audience evaluating a manufacturing partner from overseas.

The challenge
A life-sciences firm in Hyderabad's Genome Valley offered contract development and manufacturing services to pharmaceutical companies worldwide, but almost none of that capability showed up in search. Global buyers evaluating a CDMO partner had no way to find the firm unless they already had its name from an industry contact.
Regulated buyers research a CDMO on very specific terms: facility certifications, batch capacity, regulatory filings supported, and track record with particular molecule classes. The firm's site described its services in general terms with no mention of the credentials that actually decide a shortlist, so it lost consideration to competitors whose sites answered those questions directly.
The approach
Webzenia used Search Console and GA4 to see which capability and compliance terms were already sending a trickle of traffic, then used Ahrefs to find the credential-specific terms global CDMO buyers search but the firm had never targeted, from facility certifications to specific regulatory filing support.
The team structured a capability-and-credential content set: one page per certification, one per manufacturing capability, each written to answer a procurement or regulatory affairs reader's specific question rather than describe the company in general terms.
Because a large share of the buyer base sat overseas, content was written to the vocabulary global regulatory teams use rather than domestic industry shorthand, and technical SEO cleared indexation issues that had kept several capability pages out of search.
On-page work tied each capability page to a clear enquiry path, so a regulatory affairs reader who found the exact certification they needed had a direct route to contact rather than a generic contact-us form.
The results
Qualified B2B enquiries grew 2.4x. Buyers who once needed an industry introduction started finding the firm through a search for a specific facility certification or capability.
More than 60 capability terms now rank. The credential-by-credential content structure surfaced for the exact regulated searches global CDMO buyers run when vetting a partner.
40% of enquiries now come from overseas. Content written for a global regulatory vocabulary reached buyers the firm had previously only met through industry conferences or referrals.
