Customer story
Enterprise demo requests up 3.1x for a Cyber City fintech, at a fraction of event cost.
A Gurgaon fintech in Cyber City relied on outbound sales and industry events for enterprise pipeline. Webzenia built solution and compliance content for the terms enterprise buyers research before they shortlist a vendor, at a fraction of what an event calendar cost.

The challenge
A fintech in Gurgaon's Cyber City built its enterprise pipeline almost entirely on outbound sales development and industry events. Both channels worked, but each demo request cost a sales rep's time on cold outreach or a conference sponsorship, and neither scaled with the size of pipeline the company needed next.
Enterprise buyers evaluating a fintech vendor were researching compliance posture, integration options and security certifications long before a sales call, often narrowing a shortlist without ever speaking to anyone. The company's site led with product marketing and said almost nothing about compliance, so it dropped off shortlists it should have been on.
The approach
Webzenia used Ahrefs and Google Search Console to map the solution and compliance terms enterprise buyers search when evaluating a fintech vendor, from specific regulatory certifications to integration and data-residency questions.
The team built solution pages organised around a buyer's evaluation criteria rather than the company's product names, alongside compliance and security content answering the questions a procurement or risk team asks before a vendor reaches a shortlist.
Technical SEO cleaned up crawl and indexation gaps that had kept several of the newer solution pages out of search entirely, and on-page work tightened internal linking between solution, compliance and demo-request pages.
GA4 was set up to show which pages a lead touched before requesting a demo, so the content roadmap kept following what enterprise buyers actually read, not what ranked easiest.
The results
Enterprise demo requests grew 3.1x. Buyers who once needed an outbound call or a conference booth to hear about the product started arriving through a search for a specific compliance requirement.
24 high-value terms reached the top three results. Solution and compliance pages built around a buyer's evaluation checklist began outranking competitors leading with product marketing instead.
Organic now influences 34% of pipeline. Sales data tied to GA4 showed solution and compliance pages appearing early in a deal's history, well before a rep made first contact.
