Customer story
An ethnic wear store turns search into 18% of revenue.
A Jaipur ethnic wear store on Shopify ran entirely on Meta Ads, its product pages carrying copied manufacturer descriptions that gave Google nothing to rank. Webzenia rewrote the product layer, added schema, and fixed page speed so the catalogue could earn organic revenue.

The challenge
A Jaipur ethnic wear store on Shopify spent 100% of its budget on Meta Ads and had no organic presence to fall back on. Product pages carried manufacturer descriptions copied verbatim, which gave Google nothing original to rank. Organic sessions sat at 800 a month, and average product position hovered at 34, well past where buyers look.
Speed compounded the problem. Pages loaded in over 6 seconds, slow enough to lose mobile shoppers in a market where most ethnic-wear discovery happens on phones. The store owned a real catalogue but earned none of its own traffic.
The approach
Webzenia rebuilt the product layer first. A Screaming Frog crawl confirmed the duplicate manufacturer copy, and the team rewrote descriptions to original, query-aligned content drawn from Ahrefs research on how shoppers search for ethnic wear.
Schema followed. Product, Offer, and Review markup went onto every Shopify product page so listings could earn rich results on commercial queries.
Speed remediation came next. A PageSpeed Insights pass drove image optimisation and theme cleanup that pulled load times down from over 6 seconds, restoring the mobile experience.
A content programme around occasion and styling queries fed internal links into the collections. GA4 and Looker Studio tracked organic sessions against revenue, so the team could prove organic was carrying real sales rather than vanity traffic.
The results
Organic sessions grew from 800 to 14,500 a month, and average product position improved from 34 to 7, in 4 months. Listings moved from invisible to first-page on the queries that drive purchase.
18% of total revenue now comes from organic, a channel the store earned nothing from before. That share lowers blended acquisition cost every month and loosens the brand's dependence on Meta.
The traffic is owned, not rented. Original product content and clean schema keep the catalogue ranking, so the organic share holds without a recurring media bill behind it.
