Customer story
A dental chain grows to 91 monthly bookings from Google Maps.
A four-location dental clinic chain in Mumbai was well reviewed on Practo but invisible on Google Maps, where local searches convert. Webzenia claimed and corrected all four Google Business Profiles, standardised citations, and built location pages so each clinic could surface in the local pack.

The challenge
A four-location dental clinic chain in Mumbai was invisible on Google Maps. Patients praised the practice on Practo, but that goodwill never reached the map pack where local searches convert. Bookings from Google sat at 6 a month across all four sites combined.
Every Google Business Profile worked against the clinic. Listings were unclaimed, named inconsistently across the four locations, and missing the service categories that let a clinic surface for treatment-specific searches. A patient searching for a nearby dentist in Mumbai simply did not find them.
The approach
Webzenia claimed and consolidated all four Google Business Profiles first. Each listing was renamed to a single consistent convention, mapped to its correct address, and populated with the dental service categories that match how patients search.
The team then standardised citations across local directories using BrightLocal, so name, address, and phone agreed everywhere Google checks for trust signals. Practo reviews were surfaced, and a steady review-request flow was added at each location.
On-page work supported the listings. Webzenia built location-specific pages with service schema and internal links, so each clinic had a ranking home on the site as well as on the map.
GA4 and Looker Studio tracked Maps impressions and booking actions per location, so each of the four sites could be read on its own.
The results
Google Maps impressions moved from 3,400 to 28,000 a month, and bookings rose from 6 to 91 across the four locations, all inside 3 months. The map pack started doing the work the Practo reviews never could.
Each clinic now surfaces for the treatment searches that convert. Accurate service categories and location pages gave every site a reason to appear when a nearby patient searches, not just the best-known branch.
The lift held because the foundation was corrected, not gamed. Consistent profiles and clean citations keep all four clinics eligible for the local pack as long as the data stays accurate.
