Customer story
Admission enquiries up 2.7x for a Noida institute, across the NCR catchment.
A Noida-based education institute relied on agents and paid search to fill every admission cycle. Webzenia built course, eligibility and comparison content, including Hindi-English phrasing, for the way NCR students actually search before they apply.

The challenge
A Noida-based education institute filled its seats each admission cycle through a network of agents and a heavy paid search budget. Both worked, but the cost climbed every year, and the agents took a cut on every enrolment they brought in, whether the student was a strong fit for the course or not.
Students and parents across the NCR were searching in a mix of English and Hindi-English for course details, eligibility, fees and how one institute compared with another before they contacted anyone. The institute's site answered almost none of that directly, so it lost consideration to competitors with clearer course pages, and every enquiry that did arrive still had to be paid for.
The approach
Webzenia mapped the actual admission-season search terms NCR students use, in Google Search Console and Ahrefs, including how they phrase questions in Hindi-English rather than formal English, from eligibility criteria to fee structure and placement outcomes.
The team built course, eligibility and comparison pages that answered those questions directly, one page per course with entry requirements, fees and outcomes stated plainly, alongside comparison content for the courses students cross-shop most.
On-page and technical SEO ran alongside to fix crawl and speed issues on the admissions pages, since a slow page during peak admission weeks was losing mobile applicants before the form loaded.
GA4 tracked enquiry volume by channel through each admission cycle, so the institute could see organic enquiries arriving at a fraction of what it was paying per lead through ads and agents.
The results
Admission enquiries from organic grew 2.7x. Course and eligibility pages built around real student questions started converting browsers into enquiries without an agent in between.
More than 90 admission terms now rank, including the Hindi-English phrasing NCR students actually type, not the formal English the old site used.
Cost per enquiry fell 50% against paid search. With organic doing the work that ads used to carry alone, the institute could shift budget toward the admission weeks that mattered most.
