Customer story
Qualified client enquiries up 2.8x for a Coimbatore software firm, beyond referrals.
A Coimbatore software services firm on the Saravanampatti corridor relied on referrals for nearly all new business. Webzenia built service, technology and outcome content for the domestic and overseas buyers who research a partner before they engage, giving the firm a second, independent pipeline.

The challenge
A software services firm on Coimbatore's Saravanampatti corridor grew for years on referrals and a handful of long-standing clients recommending it to their network. That pipeline was reliable but slow, and it left the firm with almost no visibility beyond the people who already knew it.
Buyers evaluating a new development partner, whether in India or overseas, were researching case studies, technology stacks and delivery models online before a single call. The firm's site said little about how it worked or what it had shipped, so it dropped out of consideration before a referral could even be checked.
The approach
Webzenia audited the site with Screaming Frog and Google Search Console to see which service and technology pages existed and which terms buyers were searching for but not finding, covering everything from specific stacks to engagement models like staff augmentation and fixed-scope delivery.
The team built service, technology and outcome pages that mirrored how a buyer actually evaluates a partner: what was delivered, in what stack, over what timeline, with what result. Case-study style outcome pages replaced the vague capability statements the old site relied on.
Because a meaningful share of enquiries came from outside India, the team layered in content aimed at overseas buyers comparing delivery centres, alongside the domestic search terms Coimbatore and Chennai clients use.
GA4 tracked which service pages actually influenced a closed deal, so the roadmap kept shifting toward the technology and outcome pages doing the enquiry work, not just the ones ranking.
The results
Qualified client enquiries rose 2.8x. Referrals stayed steady, but organic became a second channel bringing in buyers the firm had never worked with before.
20 service terms reached the top three results. Technology and engagement-model pages built around how buyers actually search started outranking firms with a longer track record but a thinner site.
Organic now influences 31% of pipeline. GA4's view of the buyer journey showed service and outcome pages appearing well before a deal closed, not just at the enquiry form.
