Customer story
A field sales team lifts daily reporting from 34% to 91%.
A Delhi B2B company ran a 200-person field sales force with no reliable way to track visits, and two native app quotes had come in over budget. Webzenia built one cross-platform Flutter app with offline GPS check-ins.

The challenge
A Delhi B2B company was running a 200-person field sales force with no reliable way to know where reps were or what they had logged. The job needed GPS check-ins, visit logging, and CRM sync, and it needed all of that to work when connectivity dropped between calls.
Two native app quotes had already come in over budget. Building separate Android and iOS apps for a tool used entirely in the field, often on patchy 4G in industrial areas, was hard to justify against the return.
The deeper problem was data. Only 34% of daily reports were getting filed, because reps could not submit anything without a connection and gave up. A field team you cannot measure is a field team you cannot manage.
The approach
Webzenia built a single cross-platform app in Flutter, which gave the company one codebase for Android and iOS instead of the two native builds the earlier quotes assumed. That decision is where most of the cost difference came from.
The app was designed offline-first. GPS check-ins, visit notes, and report fields were captured and stored on the device, then synced to the CRM through Firebase the moment a connection returned. A rep in a low-signal warehouse could log a full visit and trust it would land, instead of losing the entry.
The interface was drawn in Figma around a rep standing outside a client's gate with one free hand, so check-in and logging took seconds. Managers got a clean view of visits and locations without chasing anyone for a status update.
We instrumented the builds with Sentry to catch sync failures on real low-end devices, and shipped through the Play Console and App Store Connect in a 12-week build.
The results
Daily report completion climbed from 34% to 91%. Offline capture removed the connectivity excuse that had been killing submissions, so managers could see the field as it happened.
The cross-platform build came in 40% below the native quotes the company had received. One Flutter codebase delivered the same feature set across Android and iOS.
Managers recovered 6.4 hours a week each. Time that had gone into collating reports and calling reps for updates came back to the business.
