A layout with one action.
A page where every section drives one action, with the form where the decision happens
Landing page design · UAE
A campaign here pays for the visitor and the auction sets that price. Webzenia builds the page that decides what each of those clicks is actually worth.
Get a landing page planWhat landing page design is
A landing page is one page with one action, built for a single campaign. It is the half of a paid campaign the auction does not price.
The headline answers the ad that brought them, in the language that ad was written in. A click bought in Arabic and landed in English is paid for twice.
The form is where the lead is won or lost. A phone field that accepts a UAE number, a reply on the channel the buyer already uses, and nothing asked that does not apply here.
Conversion rate and cost per lead, read beside the spend that produced them. A page that went live is not a result.
Where the ad lands
A campaign here usually points at whatever already exists. The destination decides the cost per lead long before the bid does.
| The site you arrived withBuilt for the market you came from | Your homepageBuilt for everyone at once | A page built for the campaignOne offer, one action | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What the visitor sees | A company visibly based somewhere else. | Everything you do, and no reason to pick one. | The offer the ad promised, and one way to take it. |
| The ask | A contact form written for another country. | A general enquiry form, usually below the fold. | One short form, wired to the channel that gets a reply. |
| Load on a phone | Whatever the old site weighs, served from far away. | Whatever the homepage weighs, carrying every section. | Budgeted to the campaign, so the click is not spent waiting. |
| Arabic | Usually absent, so an Arabic ad set has nowhere to land. | A translated menu at best. | A second page, laid out right to left, or the ad set is not run. |
| What you can change | Little, without the agency that built it. | Nothing, without changing the site for everyone. | The headline, the offer and the form, on the day the numbers say so. |
Most campaigns here point at one of the first two, and the cost per lead is then treated as an auction problem. It is usually a destination problem, and most true of the two sectors that advertise hardest: a Business Bay brokerage on a DET mainland licence and a Dubai Marina clinic, both sending every ad to a homepage. Where the real constraint is the site rather than the page, that is a website design and development engagement, and the emirate-level version of the argument sits on web design in Dubai.
The UAE context
Webzenia has worked with Gulf clients since 2018. Four things about a paid click here change the page it lands on.
Bid, competition and quality signals are settled by an auction that has no history of your business. Conversion rate is the one multiplier that stays yours, and it moves faster than any of them. Money spent on the destination outperforms the same money added to the bid.
A postcode does not locate an address here: a buyer in Al Barsha types an area name into a field expecting one, and a phone field that refuses a +971 number stops the lead at the last step. A Dubai Marina clinic on a DET mainland licence loses the booking there, not in the ad.
Arabic search carries its own queries and its own phrasing, and the page has to be laid out right to left to be read at all. An Al Quoz skincare producer on a DET mainland licence running both ad sets needs two destinations, not one page with a language switch.
A JLT commodities trader three months into its DMCC licence often runs ads before the main site exists, so the page carries the entity proof as well as the offer. It still holds one action: the proof sits beside the form, not on a second page.
The scope
A page where every section drives one action, with the form where the decision happens
A headline that answers the ad almost word for word, then the objections in the order they arrive
UAE phone validation, no fields that do not apply here, and a reply route people actually use
A budget set before the build and verified on a real device, not on a desk connection
Two or more versions built from the start, so the first result is a comparison and not a guess
Conversions wired back to the ad account with consent handled, so the numbers survive a privacy prompt
Our stack
The kit behind a page that earns its click back. Select one to see why it earns its place, and what we do with it that most do not.
A landing page is decided in the layout, and that argument belongs before the build rather than after it. Figma is where the variants sit side by side.
We draw the variants before the first build, so the test is designed in rather than bolted on once the numbers disappoint.
How the build runs
A campaign cannot wait for a build cycle. The page ships on the timetable the media plan is already running to.
We start from the ad rather than the brand: what it promises, who it is shown to, and what the visitor is being asked to do at the end. Then we write the copy and lay the page out around that one action. A page designed before the offer is settled is a design exercise, not a campaign asset.
The page is built mobile-first and the form is tested with a real local number and a real local address before anything goes live. Conversions are wired back to the ad account with consent configured, and verified by firing them rather than by reading the setup.
Once there is enough traffic to tell the difference, we change one element per test and keep the version that wins. The order is decided by where the page is losing people, which the session recordings answer rather than an opinion in a review.
Reported on conversion rate and cost per lead, with the version that won named.
Our commitment
A landing page is easy to ship and hard to hold to account. These are the four things Webzenia commits to instead.
One action per page.
Every page is built around a single conversion. Where a second goal is added late, we state what it costs the first one rather than quietly serving both and reporting the total.
Tested on a UAE number.
The phone field, the validation and the reply route are tested with a local number and a local address before launch, because the last field is where the lead is lost.
Measured against your ad spend.
Reported on conversion rate and cost per lead, read beside the spend that produced them. A screenshot showing the page is live is not a report.
Arabic stated in the scope.
If an engagement does not fund an Arabic page and Arabic ad copy, we write that down rather than pointing an Arabic ad set at an English page and reporting the cost per lead it produces.
