Careers at Webzenia in the UAE
Every UAE role at Webzenia lists its salary in AED.
Webzenia has worked with Gulf clients since 2018. When a UAE role opens, it is listed here with where it is based and what the work involves, and the talent pool hears about it by email.

How the team works, whatever the role
These hold for every role at Webzenia.
Targets are written down
Where a role has targets, they are set in writing and you acknowledge them before they count. You can see your own progress at any time.
One team, end to end
The people who plan a client’s work are the people who do it. Strategy, build and reporting sit with one team.
One place for everything
Leave, attendance, payslips, letters and your targets all live in Webzenia HQ, our HR portal, so nothing depends on chasing someone.
Direct access
A small team means you work with the people who make the decisions, and you hear the reasons for them.
AI in the daily work
Research, first drafts and checks run on AI tools, so your time goes on client work and the decisions a tool cannot make.
Feedback on real work
Feedback comes from reviewing your actual work against written criteria, not a manager’s gut feel.

Questions
Questions candidates ask
Fees, visas, your data and what happens after you apply.
Hiring policies
Fraud, fairness and your data
Three commitments that apply to every role and every candidate.
Recruitment fraud
Webzenia never charges a recruitment or visa fee at any stage, never asks for a card number, PIN or OTP, and never makes an offer over a chat app alone. UAE law places recruitment costs on the employer, under Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 on the Regulation of Labour Relations.
Every message from Webzenia comes from an @webzenia.com address, and every offer arrives as a written letter. Visa steps also bring messages from the government services that issue it. If someone asks you for money in Webzenia’s name, it is not us: write to careers@webzenia.com before you reply.
Equal opportunity
Webzenia hires on the work you can show. Race, colour, sex, religion, national or social origin, disability, age and marital status play no part in any decision, and the application form does not ask about them.
If you need changes to apply, to interview or to do the job, tell us at careers@webzenia.com and we will make every reasonable adjustment.
Candidate privacy notice
This notice explains what Webzenia Marketing FZ-LLC does with your details when you apply for a UAE role or join the talent pool, under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
- Who is responsible
- Webzenia Marketing FZ-LLC, licensed by RAKEZ (licence 47017582), is the controller of your details. Write to careers@webzenia.com about anything in this notice.
- What we collect
- When you apply: your name, email, mobile number and city, your CV, your LinkedIn and portfolio links if you give them, your answers to the role’s questions, your notice period, expected salary and visa status, any note you add, and how you reached the role. When you apply, we do not ask for your nationality, date of birth, gender, religion, marital status or photo. If you accept an offer that needs a visa or work permit, we collect your passport, photos and the documents it requires, and share them with RAKEZ and the UAE authorities that issue it.
- Why we use it
- To assess your application for the role you chose, to contact you about it, to keep a record of how the hiring decision was made and, if you are not hired, to consider you for a closely matching role during the 12 months we keep it. If you join the talent pool, also to email you about matching roles. We never sell your details or use them for marketing.
- Where it is kept
- In Webzenia’s own hiring system, which Webzenia Infotech, a company under the same owner, runs for us on its server in India. The UAE law allows that transfer with your express consent, which the form asks for; without it we cannot take your application. Your details are checked for viruses, encrypted when stored, and read only by the people hiring and the AI tool named below.
- Who else handles it
- Vercel carries the form from our website to our server. Resend sends the emails we write to you, from its servers in Japan. When the people hiring ask it to, Anthropic’s Claude, an AI tool, reads an application against the role’s stated requirements, processing it in the United States. It never scores or ranks you. If a required screening answer rules out the role, the application is flagged for a person to review: a person at Webzenia makes every decision, and you can ask for a person to review any decision about you.
- How long we keep it
- For 12 months after we decide on your application or the role closes. Then we delete your CV and remove your name and contact details, keeping only anonymous counts and an activity log. If we have blocked someone as a fraud or security risk, we keep only their email address, mobile number, LinkedIn link and the reason, so we recognise a new application from them. If you withdraw your consent, we do that within 7 days. In the talent pool, for 12 months from the day you sign up; before then we ask whether you want to stay, and delete your details if you do not reply.
- Your rights
- You can withdraw your consent at any time, which ends your application. You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, receive a copy of them, object to or restrict how we use them, and ask for a person to review any decision about you. Reply to any email from us or write to careers@webzenia.com.
- Complaints
- Write to careers@webzenia.com, the faster route to a fix. You can also complain to the federal data protection regulator under Article 24 of the PDPL: the UAE Data Office held that role, and its functions moved to the Artificial Intelligence and Data Authority in June 2026.
