Dubai
Websites built for Dubai customers.
A local listing wins the click and the website loses the enquiry. In Dubai that usually means a slow page, a location no visitor can verify, and no obvious next step.

Holding the click you paid for.
A Dubai buyer reaches the site from a listing that already told them where you are. The site either confirms that, or restarts the decision.
- 01of 03
The site has to confirm the address they arrived with.
A local listing wins the click on proximity, so the visitor lands already knowing where you claim to be. A site whose address, hours or number contradict that listing breaks the only continuity the buyer has. Webzenia publishes the Al Mankhool address on both, because a mismatch undoes the proximity that won the click.

Dubai sorts its sectors by district, and the proof differs.
DIFC holds regulated finance, Business Bay holds professional services and agencies, and Jumeirah Lakes Towers holds commodities traders and free-zone SMEs. The credential a compliance buyer checks is not the one a trader checks, and a single homepage carries both by saying nothing to either.
Our methodPages built for the sector that buys, not for the city name. - 03of 03
Selling through the site is a licensed activity, not a design decision.
Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 has governed trade by modern technological means since September 2023, and a mainland seller needs a DET licence covering whatever the site actually does. A checkout that ships ahead of the licence is a legal problem, not a launch delay.
Our methodWhat the site may transact is read off the licence first.
Website design in Dubai
Three jobs before the design.
A Dubai site usually inherits traffic that already chose you on proximity. Its job is to survive the second look, which is a different brief from winning attention.
Confirm you are real
The address, the licence and the people, stated where a visitor finds them in one scroll. A company trading here a short time has no third-party record to fall back on, so the site carries the whole burden of proof.
Answer the district
A regulated finance buyer checks a different thing from a trading company, and both land on the same homepage. The site earns the second click by naming the sector it serves rather than the city it sits in.
Route the enquiry
Where a form goes is a licence question before it is a CRM question. A free zone entity collecting mainland enquiries it cannot serve is building a queue it has to apologise to.
Is this right for you?
Who this build fits in Dubai
Webzenia builds for companies that have to be checkable before they are memorable. That rules some work out, and it is better said now than later.
This fits you if
- You trade from Dubai and the licence, the address and the site have to agree with one another
- Your buyers sit in a named sector rather than a general public, and they research before they enquire
- You need the site running in English now and Arabic later, without a rebuild to get there
- The team who will run the site is two or three people who also carry sales
It does not fit if
- You want a page count quoted this week. Scope here starts from the licence and the buyer, and that takes a conversation
- You are after a template refresh. Where that is genuinely the right answer, the honest recommendation is a template
- The site has to transact before the licence permits it. We will not build that
What you own at handover
The build and its keys.
No agency-hosted black box you cannot leave. The repository, the design system, the content model and the analytics are yours from day one.
The terms, in writing
What we commit to.
A build is bought on trust in a market where the supplier and the client often arrived at the same time. These terms are stated before you sign.
Scope fixed before design.
The sitemap, the licence read and the page-by-page scope are agreed in writing first. A page count quoted before that conversation is a guess with a number on it.
You own the repository
Code, design system, content model, domain and analytics stay in accounts you control. Ending the engagement does not cost you the site.
Performance is a budget.
Load and layout-shift budgets are written into each component spec and verified on real devices. If a build misses its budget, it does not launch.
A named lead.
One person accountable for the build, reachable at the Bur Dubai office, on a Monday to Friday week.
