SEO audit · UAE

Find what holds your site back in the UAE.

An SEO audit here starts by splitting the site by country, because most companies brought the website with them and its search history belongs somewhere else. Webzenia reads the UAE half first.

What an audit reads

What an SEO audit here measures.

An audit is three readings, in order: which market the data describes, what the crawler can reach, and what it cannot. The order is what makes it a diagnosis rather than an export.

Which market you rank in

The property is split by country before anything is scored. A blended average is not a position, and on a domain that sold somewhere else first the UAE half is the smaller half of a number that looks fine.

What a crawler sees

Templates, internal links, indexation, render and schema, read across the whole site rather than the home page. This half is necessary and not sufficient, which is why it is not where the report opens.

What a crawler misses

The Business Profile, the citation set, the address on the trade licence, the reviews. A crawler returns green on all of it, because none of it sits on the site it crawled.

Two halves of one audit

The site, and the business.

One half is what Googlebot can fetch. The other is everything a buyer here checks before they enquire, and no crawl reaches any of it.

The failure it explainsA site that passes every check and returns nothing when somebody here searches what you sell.Pages that never get fetched, money pages buried, one template costing rankings site-wide.
What green meansThat the entity is complete and consistent. It does not mean the pages are capable of ranking. That nothing on the site is blocking Google. It does not mean the business is findable.
Enough on its own whenNever. It is the half that is usually missing, not the half that replaces the other one.The business is established here and the enquiries stopped after something changed on the site.
Which half is your problem.

Usually both, in a fixed order, because the country split decides which numbers the rest of the audit is read against. Where the finding is that the site still points at the market it came from, the work that follows is architectural, and international SEO is where that decision gets made. Where the finding is that the business is not established here yet, the local half is the one to read next, and SEO in Dubai sets out how that ground is won.

What changes here

What an audit turns up here.

Audit templates were written for businesses that started where they sell. Three things change when the company arrived instead, and each one changes what gets measured first.

  1. 01of 03
    A blended averageCountry split

Your rankings belong to another country.

A DIFC-registered fund runs one property across two countries and one line in the report. Impressions earned in the group’s home market hold the total up while the UAE half sits near zero, so the score reads fine and the position a buyer here sees never appears in the numbers anyone is looking at.

Our methodEvery property is split by country before a single fix is ranked.
  2. 02of 03
    Green, and invisibleThe entity half

A clean site can still be invisible.

The crawl reaches templates. A Business Bay real-estate brokerage on a DET mainland licence gets 90 pages of them, and none of it reaches the Business Profile, the citation set, the address on the licence or the reviews, which is where a company licensed in the last two years is usually losing.

Our methodThe entity is read against the licence and the profile, not against the crawl.
  3. 03of 03
    Consent firstPDPL

Your analytics under-count from day one.

Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021 makes consent the primary lawful basis, so tags fire after opt-in rather than before it. A JLT commodities trader under DMCC running a measurement setup lifted from another market under-counts from its first day here, and an audit that trusts those numbers ranks the wrong fixes with total confidence.

Our methodMeasurement is validated before any number from it enters the findings.

What the audit covers

Inside the audit.

The order is not the order a crawler reports in. It runs from the market the data describes down to the measurement the numbers came out of.

Google Search Console
Why Google Search Console

The country filter is what turns one blended property into two readings, and Search Console is the only place that filter exists.

How we excel

The first exhibit in every audit is the UAE query set beside the global one, with the date range set to the period the business has actually been selling here.

How the audit runs

How the audit runs.

The order is the argument. Segmenting first decides which numbers everything after it is measured against, so it happens before the crawler is opened.

01Pre-crawlSplit

Split the data by market

We take read access to Search Console and analytics, split the property by country, and set the date range to the period the business has genuinely been selling in the UAE. What comes out is a baseline: impressions, clicks and positions for this market on their own, next to the blended figure that has been in the reporting all along. On a company that arrived rather than started, the two rarely resemble each other, and every fix ranked later is ranked against the first one.

02Main auditRanked

Read the site and the listing

The full crawl is reconciled against what Search Console reports as indexed, and the gap between them is where the first technical findings sit. Then the entity: the profile, the citation set, the address on the licence, the structured data and the reviews. One person reads both halves together and ranks every finding by what it is costing in this market, which is what keeps the list short and ordered rather than long and complete.

A walkthrough and a report

We walk the findings through in plain language on a call, in the order we would work them, and leave the written diagnosis with you. What happens next is your decision: fix it with us, hand it to your own developers, or take it to another supplier. The report is written to be read by somebody who was not on the call, because in a company with a procurement step it usually is.

Our commitment

Our guarantees, in writing.

Half of page one here gives an audit away, and the report is the hook. These four terms are what make ours a deliverable instead.

  • The report is yours

You keep the findings, the country baseline and the ranked list whether or not the fixes are done by us. Nothing is held back for a second, paid version of the same document.

  • Free read, paid audit

The first read is free and scopes the job: what we see from outside, and whether a full audit is worth buying. The paid audit needs your access and produces the country baseline and the entity half. We say which you are getting first.

  • Findings in priority order

A short ordered list, worst first, with what each finding is costing in this market. An export of 200 warnings is a crawler talking to itself, and it is not what you are paying a person to produce.

  • One named auditor signs it

The person who reads the data writes the report and runs the walkthrough. If a finding is wrong there is somebody to ask, on a Monday to Friday week.

Where nothing on the site is wrong, that is the finding, and the report says where the problem actually sits.
