Generative engine optimisation · UAE

Get named when buyers ask an AI assistant.

AI search optimisation puts you in the answer an assistant gives. Webzenia runs your buyers’ questions across five assistants in English and Arabic, then hands you the answers, including the ones naming a competitor.

What generative engine optimisation is

Generative engine optimisation, in two languages.

Generative engine optimisation, or GEO, is the work that gets a brand named inside an AI answer rather than ranked below it. The engines resolve English and Arabic separately.

Get named

An answer names three or four sources and stops. A brand outside that set is not ranked lower, it is not evaluated, which is a harder position to read from a rankings report than from an answer.

Be worth quoting

The unit a model lifts is a sentence, not a page. A claim that survives being pulled out of its paragraph gets used; one that needs the three paragraphs above it to make sense does not.

Be found in both languages

A model resolves your entity in English and in Arabic separately, from different sources. It can know you confidently in one language and not know you at all in the other.

Two stages, not two channels

The shortlist comes first.

A UAE buyer now asks an assistant for names, then searches to check them. The shortlist forms first, and only the brands on it get searched at all.

This does not replace SEO.

No, and the dependency runs the other way. Assistants retrieve from pages that already rank, so the ranking work makes a citation reachable, and the order it runs in is argued at improve Google rankings. A DIFC-registered wealth-management boutique told that a prospect asked an assistant for three firms and got three other names has not lost a ranking. It has lost a shortlist drawn somewhere else. What this adds is a second surface with its own measurement, run inside one scope, which is why it sits on the SEO services pillar.

The UAE context

The UAE uses more AI than anywhere.

Webzenia has worked with Gulf clients since 2018. Three facts about this market decide what an AI visibility engagement should do first.

  1. 01of 03
Adoption is already normalMicrosoft AI Diffusion Report

Your buyers already ask an assistant.

Microsoft's AI Economy Institute puts UAE adoption at 70.1% of the working-age population in the first quarter of 2026, against a global average of 17.8%. PwC's Middle East survey found 75% of employees had used AI tools at work in the previous year. The behaviour is not arriving, it is here.

Our methodThe prompt set is built from the questions your buyers ask, not from a generic category list.
  2. 02of 03
Two languages, two answersEnglish and Arabic

Arabic and English give different answers.

Ask an assistant to name clinics in Dubai Marina in English, then in Arabic, and the names change, because the material behind each language is not the same. A mainland clinic whose treatments read accurately in English and inaccurately in Arabic is usually missing from the second answer. Both are run in the baseline.

Our methodEvery prompt is run twice, once in each language, and the two result sets are reported separately.
  3. 03of 03
We run what we sellCheckable on this page

This page runs the markup we sell.

Webzenia ships Speakable and structured data across this site, and the answers further down render inside the element the markup points at. View the source and the specification is there. A method that is live on our own pages is a different thing from a method described in a deck.

Our methodSpeakable and FAQ structured data are in production on Webzenia pages, including this one.

What the work includes

What the baseline covers.

Getting named is a retrieval problem, an entity problem and a corroboration problem at once. Every line below ends in an artefact you hold.

ChatGPT
Why ChatGPT

ChatGPT is where most UAE buyers now start a supplier question, and it answers with a handful of names rather than a page of results.

How we excel

We ask it the questions your buyers actually ask, in English and in Arabic, and record the names it returns on a fixed date so the next run is comparable to the last one.

How the engagement runs

Measure, improve, then measure again.

Nobody controls what a model says. The work is to change what it has to draw on, and to measure the difference on prompts you can re-run without us.

Ask the assistants

We agree the questions your buyers actually ask, then run them across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Copilot, once in English and once in Arabic. You receive the prompts, the engines, the dates and the raw answers, including the ones that name a competitor. That document is yours whether or not the engagement continues.

Make your answer quotable

Pages are rewritten so the claim survives being pulled out of its paragraph, and Speakable, FAQPage and entity markup ships validated against the rendered page. Alongside it we correct the record a model resolves you from, in Arabic as well as English, and work the independent sources it keeps citing in your category.

Ask again on the same dates

The baseline is re-run on a fixed schedule with the same prompts, so the comparison is like for like rather than a fresh sample that flatters the work. The report says where you are named now, where a competitor still holds the answer, and where the answer names nobody at all. Where nothing moved, it says nothing moved.

Our commitment

Our promises on the measurement.

Nobody can promise that a model will name you. These four are what Webzenia will put in writing instead.

  • We measure first

The baseline runs before a word of your site is touched, in both languages, and it comes to you as a document. If a competitor is named and you are not, that is in it. A position nobody has measured cannot be improved, only claimed.

  • No guarantee of being named

Nobody controls a model's output, and a supplier who promises one is selling a number they cannot hold. We change the material a model draws on and report what moved. Where nothing moved, the report says so.

  • The method is live here

Speakable and FAQ structured data run on Webzenia pages, including this one, so the technique is checkable before you buy it. In a category where most of page one is describing the work rather than doing it, that is worth a look.

  • You can re-run it without us

The prompts, the engines, the languages and the dates are written down and handed over at the start. Run them yourself at any point and you get the answer we get, which is the only version of this that is worth trusting.
