Customer story
An HR tech startup closes its seed round in 4 months with Webzenia.
A Bangalore HR tech SaaS was pitching with a 34-slide deck that buried its business model on slide 19. Webzenia restructured the narrative to lead with the problem and the unit economics.

The challenge
A Bangalore HR tech SaaS had a strong product and a 34-slide pitch deck that worked against it. The business model, the thing every investor scans for, sat on slide 19, long after the room had stopped paying attention.
The deck led with features rather than the problem and the unit economics. Investors were leaving meetings without the one thing they needed to say yes, and the conversion data showed it.
The approach
Webzenia restructured the narrative before touching the design. The team rebuilt the deck to open with the problem and the unit economics, putting the case for the cheque in the first few slides instead of slide 19.
Every slide was then cut to a single idea. The 34-slide sprawl was tightened so each frame carried one argument an investor could repeat, and the story moved at the pace a partner reads.
The investor-ready design was built in Figma to match the product's credibility, with the narrative logic documented in Notion so the founders could deliver it consistently. The turnaround was 2 weeks.
The results
Meeting-to-term-sheet conversion moved from 8% to 31% after the restructure. The deck now answered the investor's real question in the first 5 minutes.
The seed round closed in 4 months against a 9-month projection. Leading with the model, not the features, was what changed the room.
The turnaround on the deck itself was 2 weeks. A narrative fix, not a year of fundraising grind, was the unlock.
