Customer story
An architecture firm triples LinkedIn enquiries.
A Delhi architecture firm had 12 years of strong work sitting behind a 2011 logo and collateral in three different fonts. Webzenia replaced it with a single identity system across every touchpoint.

The challenge
A Delhi architecture firm had 12 years of strong project work sitting behind a brand that contradicted it. The logo had been made by a junior designer in 2011, and nothing built since had stayed consistent with it.
The letterhead, email signature, and proposals carried 3 different fonts and no shared system. To a prospective client reading a proposal, the firm looked far younger and less assured than its portfolio proved.
The approach
Webzenia started with a short positioning pass to name what the firm's 12 years of work actually stood for. That gave the identity something to express, instead of redrawing a logo in a vacuum.
The team built a logo and visual identity system in Adobe Illustrator, then defined the type, grid, and colour rules that every touchpoint would follow. The goal was one firm speaking with one voice from letterhead to proposal.
The system rolled across the working collateral the firm uses to win work: letterhead, email signature, proposals, and company profile, rebuilt in Adobe InDesign and Figma. Frontify held the brand guidelines so the consistency survived the next proposal. Delivery took 4 weeks.
The results
LinkedIn view-to-enquiry moved from 2.1% to 6.8%. Once the profile and posts matched the quality of the work, the same portfolio started converting attention into conversations.
The brand was cited unprompted in 4 of the next 7 new projects as a reason the client reached out. Identity turned from overhead into a measurable source of work.
A 4-week engagement reset how a 12-year firm presents itself. The system holds because the rules travel with every new proposal, not just the launch batch.
