Customer story
A co-working operator grows LinkedIn to 4,100 followers.
A premium Gurgaon co-working operator looked anything but premium online, with generic LinkedIn posts and phone-shot photography from 2021. Webzenia built a social design system and new brand photography to match the price.

The challenge
A premium Gurgaon co-working space looked anything but premium online. Its LinkedIn content was indistinguishable from every other corporate brand in the feed, and the website photography had been shot on a phone in 2021.
For a space that charged a premium for the room, the digital presence undercut the pitch. Prospects scrolling LinkedIn had no reason to believe this operator was different from any other office on the market.
The approach
Webzenia built a social media design system rather than a one-off batch of posts. The team set a visual language for the feed, defined the templates, and gave the operator a kit it could run week after week without losing the look.
New brand photography replaced the 2021 phone shots. A proper corporate photography shoot captured the space the way the price promised, giving every post real, premium imagery instead of stock.
The system was built in Figma and documented in Frontify so the in-house team could keep the standard between shoots. The work ran over 4 months, long enough to prove the system held.
The results
LinkedIn grew from 820 to 4,100 followers in 4 months. The feed finally looked like the space it was selling, so the premium read drew the premium audience.
LinkedIn enquiries reached 14 a month. A generic feed became a channel that actually started conversations.
Space tour bookings from social went from 0 to 9 a month. A consistent system, refreshed with real photography, turned attention into walk-ins.
