Customer story
A cookware brand more than doubles Amazon conversion.
A Mumbai premium cookware brand was selling on Amazon with product shots taken against a white bedsheet. Webzenia shot 80 images across hero, lifestyle, and detail to make the listing read premium.

The challenge
A Mumbai premium cookware brand was selling premium product with amateur images. The Amazon listings used shots taken against a white bedsheet, with no lifestyle photography anywhere in the gallery.
On a marketplace where the image is the entire shopfront, the gap cost conversions. Buyers comparing pans could not see the quality the price promised, and the listing converted like a generic, not a premium.
The approach
Webzenia treated the gallery as the product page it really is. The team shot 80 product images across 3 jobs: hero shots for the listing thumbnail, lifestyle shots that put the cookware in a real kitchen, and detail shots that prove the build quality up close.
Every frame was planned against how Amazon buyers actually scan a gallery. The hero earned the click, the lifestyle set the aspiration, and the detail shots answered the doubts that cause returns. The shoot served the listing, not a portfolio.
The images were graded and laid out for both the marketplace and paid social, with the brand look documented in Frontify and the creative organised in Figma. The same library fed new Meta ad creative so the listing and the ads showed one consistent product.
The results
Amazon conversion moved from 6.2% to 14.1% once buyers could see the cookware properly. Same product, same price, a gallery that finally did its job.
Meta ROAS climbed from 1.8x to 3.6x on the new creative. The same image library lifted the ads as well as the listing.
The returns rate dropped 22%. Detail shots set accurate expectations before purchase, so better imagery lifted the sale and reduced what came back.
