A content plan
A calendar built around the buyer decision, the two scripts and a Monday to Friday week, with the Ramadan month planned rather than absorbed
a dated calendar you approve before it runs
Social media marketing · UAE
A UAE brand account is read twice: by a buyer running a check, and by a regulator. Webzenia builds it in two scripts, under a permission you actually hold.
Get a read on your accountsWhat the account has to carry
An account here does three jobs at once, and only one of them is marketing. It is a credential, a licensed publishing surface and a bilingual channel, before it is a calendar.
The first thing a UAE buyer does after a referral is open the account. A grid that stopped eight months ago reads as a company that may have stopped too, which lands hardest on an entity still in its first two years.
Promotional content published from inside the UAE sits under the National Media Authority rules, paid or unpaid. A permit attaches to the person who publishes, and the trade licence behind them decides whether they are already covered.
Arabic is scope, not a later phase. A caption run through a translator reads as one, and the decision worth making early is which surfaces carry Arabic: the caption, the story, the pinned answers, or the reply.
What the account is measured on
Follower count is the easiest number to show and the hardest to bank. The number that says whether the account is working is the enquiry it produced.
| Followers and reachVisible, and unattributed | Enquiries and bookingsCounted, and traceable | |
|---|---|---|
| What a post is for | A number that goes into the monthly deck. | A profile visit, a saved post, a message that starts a job. |
| What gets counted | Reach, impressions and follower growth, blended into one line. | Enquiries by source, with the post that produced each one named. |
| What growth means | More followers. Enquiries are an accident. | More enquiries. Followers move as a by-product. |
| What a bad month means | A dip in reach, explained by the algorithm. | A named cause: the wrong offer, the wrong script, or nobody replying. |
The enquiry. Reach is an input you cannot spend. In a market this size an account can hold a modest following and still carry a pipeline, provided the profile answers the question a buyer arrives with. Where an enquiry goes after it lands is set out on generate more leads, and paid distribution for the same creative is argued on Meta Ads management.
The UAE context
Four operating facts that decide the calendar before the content does. None of them appear in a social media benchmark.
The National Media Authority permits advertising content published from inside the UAE whether it is paid for or given free of charge. A permit attaches to the person who publishes, and the trade licence behind them decides whether they are covered, which is why the roster is settled before the calendar.
The self-promotion carve-out rests on holding a trade licence for the business being promoted. A group account posting a sister company offer is promoting somebody else, which is worth reading against the licence rather than assuming.
A Sharjah Publishing City imprint on a free zone licence generally cannot sell direct to mainland customers without a distributor, a mainland branch or a permit under Executive Council Resolution 11 of 2025. The constraint lands on the offer in the caption and the answer in the message, not on an audience setting.
Under the labour law, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation reduces private-sector working hours by two a day through Ramadan, for every employee whether they fast or not. A calendar and a reply window built on a normal week are wrong for that month, on your side and on theirs.
What the work includes
Six things the engagement produces. The account is built before it is filled.
A calendar built around the buyer decision, the two scripts and a Monday to Friday week, with the Ramadan month planned rather than absorbed
a dated calendar you approve before it runs
Vertical video produced at a cadence the team can still hold after handover, shot for a feed that scrolls in two languages
reach that earns the profile visit
Formats matched to what each surface does, with the Arabic set laid out right to left rather than reflowed. Built on the kit from marketing collateral design where one exists
format-fit content in both scripts
Comments and messages answered inside a window the team can honestly hold, in the language the message arrived in
a logged enquiry rather than a lost thread
A structured collaboration layer where it fits: a written brief, usage rights that outlast the post, and the permit question settled before anything is commissioned
a borrowed audience on terms you own
Post, profile visit, message and enquiry counted step by step, so a flat month has a named cause
a monthly read of the account, not of the algorithm
Our stack
The kit behind a two-script calendar that ships on time and is approved before it does. Select one to see why it earns its place.
Meta Business Suite is where the Instagram and Facebook accounts are actually owned. Page roles, the message inbox and scheduling sit in one place under a business manager rather than on somebody phone.
We run the accounts from your business manager with Webzenia added as a partner, so ending the engagement removes an agency and not the handle.
How the engagement runs
The account is a build before it is a calendar. What it may say and who signs it off are settled first, because both change the work.
We read the trade licence against the content plan and establish the permit position, for your own account and for anything you commission. Then we agree which surfaces carry Arabic and name the person who approves a post. Most engagements find at least one planned offer the licence does not cover.
The profile, the highlights and the pinned answers are rebuilt so a buyer running a check finds what they came for. The calendar follows: a month approved before it runs, produced in both scripts, at a cadence your team can hold once we hand it over.
Comments and messages are answered inside the stated window, in the language they arrived in, and every enquiry is logged against the post that produced it. The monthly read names what changed and what we are cutting, rather than reporting reach and calling it growth.
Approved before the month starts, and reported in enquiries, not followers.
Our commitment
Organic social is the easiest place for an agency to end up owning something that should be yours. These four are the terms that matter when the engagement ends.
Your accounts stay yours
Every account is created or claimed under your business manager, with Webzenia added as a partner. You never need our permission to post, and ending the engagement removes an agency rather than an asset.
No bought followers
We do not buy followers, run engagement pods or count an audience we did not earn. A number that cannot survive a buyer checking it is worth less than a smaller number that can.
Every claim has a source
Anything stated as fact in a post is evidenced on file before it goes out, and anything commissioned is checked against who is permitted to publish it. Where we cannot evidence a claim, it does not run.
You approve the month first
You see the calendar, in both scripts, before anything is produced. Nothing publishes from your account that a named person on your side has not signed off.
Approved before it publishes, reported against the enquiry.
