Get found by buyers in other countries.

Logistics and trade marketing in the UAE is aimed at a buyer who sits in another country. Webzenia says plainly which local search work does nothing for an exporter.

Where your buyer sits

Why local search does not decide the sale

Webzenia has worked with Gulf clients since 2018. Four things decide how much of an export budget belongs in UAE search, and none of them is a channel choice.

  1. 01of 04
    The searchTyped in another country

The buyer searches a specification before a supplier name.

A procurement manager in another country types a grade, a capacity, a tolerance or a standard number. The page that answers it wins the enquiry, and a page that only describes the company never enters the search at all. That query is typed outside the UAE, so no local tool sizes it.

Our methodProduct families are read against the specifications your buyers already quote back to you, then each one is given its own page.
  2. 02of 04
The volumeMeasured in the wrong market

UAE search volume is the wrong instrument here.

Sixteen seed patterns across logistics, manufacturing and freight forwarding returned three suggestions between them, and two of those are research queries rather than buying ones. That is a measurement failure, not an absence of demand. The buying happens in the markets your distributors sit in, where no UAE tool looks.

Our methodDemand is sized in the destination markets rather than in the UAE, because that is where the query is typed.
  3. 03of 04
The certificateAsked for before the price

Buyers ask for the certificate before they ask a price.

The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology issues a UAE Certificate of Conformity for products subject to technical regulations, against a test report from an accredited laboratory. It runs a second service for products the UAE does not regulate, issued on request, because the requirement came from the buyer rather than the market.

Our methodThe certificates you already hold are inventoried before anything is written, then placed where a buyer looks for them.
  4. 04of 04
The licenceWhy the UAE list is short

A free zone licence makes the UAE keyword set small.

A free zone exporter sells to customers outside the country, so the domestic terms it could rank for are few and mostly beside the point. That is what the licence is for. Reaching mainland customers is a separate route with its own permit, and it is argued on national SEO.

Our methodThe licence is read first, so the UAE side of the plan is sized honestly rather than padded to look like a channel.

How an export enquiry starts

Logistics and manufacturing marketing for overseas buyers

Three things decide whether an export enquiry arrives, and all three assume the buyer is elsewhere: the specification, the certificate, and the follow-up that survives the distance.

Found on the specification

Product and process pages written to the grade, capacity and standard a buyer searches, in the language the enquiry is typed in. The company page is rarely the entry point. The specification page is.

Trusted on the certificate

The conformity certificates, the origin documents and the national marks a buyer asks for, placed where they are looked for rather than filed. A licence sits behind every mark you show.

Carried across the distance

An export enquiry runs for weeks across quotes, samples and approvals, in a time zone that is not yours. What decides it is the reply that lands while the buyer is still awake, and the record that survives the gap.

Choosing where to spend

Three places an export budget goes

The Ministry of Foreign Trade puts non-oil exports at AED 813.8 billion, and 21.6% of non-oil trade for the first time. Every one of those buyers was in another country.

Where the local budget belongs

Fund the export-facing work first, and fund local work when there is a local reason for it: a mainland customer base, a distributor you are recruiting here, or hiring. An Al Sajaa building-materials manufacturer on a free zone licence scopes differently from a JAFZA commodity trader whose business is re-export, and both differ again from a DAFZA air-freight forwarder. International SEO answers the architecture for a company that wants to rank here; this page is the inverse. The emirate this work runs from is Sharjah.

What we run for an exporter

The pages an overseas buyer reads

Six fronts, run as one engagement. The specification pages and the certificate surface come first, because they are what a buyer opens before asking a price.

Specification and product pages

One page per product family, written to the grade, capacity, tolerance and standard a buyer searches, with the data on the page rather than behind a form

Output

a page that answers the query your sales team keeps answering by email

The certificate and credential surface

Conformity certificates, origin documents and the national marks you are licensed to use, placed where a buyer looks for them and kept current

Output

the document a procurement manager asks for, found without asking

Destination markets, ranked

Which markets your distributors already sell into, which are worth funding next, and which are a trade-show question rather than a search one

Output

a written market order you can budget against

Documentation a buyer can read

Catalogues, data sheets and specification copy rewritten so a procurement read reaches the answer quickly, in English and in Arabic where the buyer is in this region

Output

one document set the website and the sales team both use

Enquiry routing across time zones

Forms, inboxes and routing built so an enquiry raised while the office is closed is acknowledged, owned and answered in the first working hour

Output

an enquiry that is not lost to a Monday to Friday week

The distributor and dealer layer

Pages, assets and enquiry handling for the partners who sell for you, so the buyers of your distributors find the product through them rather than around them

Output

partner demand you can see

Whether this fits

When export search is worth funding

This is an export engagement before it is a search one. On our own reading Sharjah alone carries about 40% of all industrial establishments in the UAE, across 21 industrial zones.

Worth funding if

  • You manufacture, trade or forward freight from the UAE and most of your customers are outside it.
  • Your products carry specifications a buyer can search: a grade, a capacity, a tolerance, a standard number.
  • Buyers ask for certificates, test reports or origin documents before they ask for a price.
  • You sell through appointed distributors and cannot see which of their buyers found you first.

Not worth funding if

  • Your customers are all inside the UAE. The domestic and city work is a different engagement, and we will say so rather than sell you this one.
  • You want a page count and a price this week, before anyone has read what your products are certified to.
  • The specifications and certificates exist only as files nobody outside the factory has opened, and nobody can be freed up to check them.
  • You want to be added to a vendor list for UAE tenders. That is a different job, and a different page answers it.

What is handed to you

The export file, yours to keep

Six artefacts, yours whether the engagement continues or not. Two of them are the reason a buyer stops asking for documents by email.

What we commit to

We say which work is wasted

The commitments below cost us line items, and they are written into the scope rather than said on a call. Each one is checkable.

  • We name the local work that does nothing

Before anything is funded we say which parts of a local search engagement do not reach your buyers. It costs us line items, and it is the first thing on the call rather than the last.

  • Claims we can evidence

No grade, standard or certification goes on a product page until we have seen the certificate behind it. A claim that cannot be evidenced does not ship, whatever a competitor prints.

  • The market order is written first

Which destination markets get funded, and in what order, is written down and agreed before any spend. If the order changes, it changes on the record and with a reason.

  • Pages built for a procurement read

Specification pages are structured the way a procurement buyer reads them: the number they came for first, the supporting detail under it, the certificate beside it.

  • Enquiries answered inside your week

Routing is built against a Monday to Friday week and the time zones your buyers sit in, so an overnight enquiry is owned before the office opens.

  • Your documents leave with you

Templates, the market list, the enquiry record and the accounts are yours at handover. Nothing is held back as leverage to renew.

Written down before the spend, and checked against the certificate.
