Customer story

A manufacturer reaches 29 qualified leads per month from 3.

An Ahmedabad B2B manufacturing equipment company had strong products, rising trade-show costs, and almost no way to be found online. Webzenia built a LinkedIn, search and gated-content programme to replace the trade-show dependency with inbound demand.

The challenge

An Ahmedabad B2B manufacturing equipment company had strong products and almost no way to be found. Demand had always come from trade shows and referrals, and both had stopped scaling. Trade-show costs had risen sharply while the referral pool plateaued.

The pipeline showed it. Qualified leads were running at 3 a month, and procurement and operations decision-makers researching equipment online never encountered the company. There was no gated content, no search presence, and nothing to nurture a buyer through a long cycle.

The sales cycle made the gap worse. Deals took 6 to 12 weeks to close, so a thin top of funnel meant long stretches with nothing maturing behind the few active conversations.

The approach

Webzenia built the programme around where industrial buyers actually decide. LinkedIn Campaign Manager targeted procurement and operations titles at companies that buy this category, putting the brand in front of named decision-makers for the first time.

Google Ads captured the active intent. The team ran campaigns against industrial-intent search terms so buyers comparing equipment specs found the company at the moment of research, not after the decision was made.

Content gave both channels something worth clicking. Webzenia produced gated technical content, specification guides and selection criteria, that qualified buyers were willing to exchange details for. Each download entered a tracked pipeline in HubSpot and Zoho CRM.

Email nurturing was scoped for the real cycle. Sequences were built to hold attention across the 6 to 12 week sales window, so a lead captured in week one stayed warm until the buying committee was ready. GA4 and Looker Studio reported lead source through to pipeline value.

The results

Pipeline generated crossed Rs. 2.4 crore in 6 months, built from inbound and account-based demand rather than trade shows. A channel that had run three times a year now runs every week.

Qualified leads grew from 3 to 29 a month, a 10x lift on a base that had been flat for years. Procurement and operations buyers now find the company at the moment they research, not after they decide.

Cost per qualified lead fell 77%, from Rs. 12,400 to Rs. 2,800. LinkedIn and search replaced the price of exhibiting, and the demand engine keeps producing between events.
