Refund Policy
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services purchased from Webzenia India (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By engaging with our services, the client (“you”, “your”, or “Customer”) acknowledges and agrees to this Policy.
1. Scope of Services
This Policy applies to all services provided by Webzenia India, including but not limited to:

SEO Services

Social Media Marketing
-
Google Ads / PPC Management
-
Content Writing
-
Branding and Graphic Design
-
Marketing Automation and CRM Setup
Refunds are evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the conditions stated herein.
2. General Refund Conditions
We strive for client satisfaction and maintain transparent communication at every stage. However, due to the nature of digital and service-based offerings, we do not offer unconditional refunds. Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

The client has made full or partial payment in advance, and work has not yet commenced.

The refund request is submitted in writing via email to support@webzenia.com within 5 calendar days of payment.

The client has provided reasonable justification for requesting a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds shall not be provided in the following scenarios:

If substantial work has already been initiated or completed.
-
If delays were caused by the client’s lack of communication, incomplete inputs, or delayed approvals.

For services that involve third-party payments or licensing costs (e.g., hosting, domain registration, ad spend, paid plugins or templates).
-
If the service was delivered as per the agreed proposal or scope document.

If cancellation is requested beyond the 5-day refund eligibility window.
4. Project Cancellation by Client
If the client chooses to cancel the project after work has begun:

A cancellation fee may be applied depending on the effort already invested.

Any refunds (if applicable) will be calculated after deducting charges for the work completed up to the date of cancellation.

A minimum of 25% of the total project cost will be non-refundable once the project has kicked off.
5. Project Termination by Webzenia India
We reserve the right to terminate a project in cases of:

Breach of agreement

Unlawful activities
-
Non-cooperation or communication breakdown
In such instances, any eligible refunds (if applicable) will be at the sole discretion of Webzenia India and will exclude costs already incurred.
6. Refund Process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@webzenia.com, clearly mentioning:

Project name
-
Invoice number
-
Reason for refund
-
Proof of payment
Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days via the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Dispute Resolution
If a disagreement arises regarding the refund or delivery of services, both parties agree to attempt a good-faith resolution. If unresolved, the matter shall be escalated to the company’s management. Webzenia India’s decision will be considered final unless legal intervention is pursued.
8. Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
